How can we help?

Find Aligned is located inside a private training gym, which allows us to integrate massage, movement, and recovery in a way that reflects how bodies actually function in real life. You may hear music, training, or movement happening in the background—this is intentional. Our space is designed for progress, not perfection: a setting where structural change, nervous system regulation, and functional movement can happen naturally. This environment supports the kind of work we do—hands-on, thoughtful, and results-driven—while still maintaining privacy, professionalism, and focused care.

Testimonials

ZACH

Morgan and Denae are true professionals. Their passion was apparent within minutes of working together for the first time. Their dedication and intelligence to improving mobility and flexibility was impressive. After working to relieve my pain and discomfort they were able to give me stretches and exercises to do at home to support my pain relief. They are the best and I will continue to recommend them to everyone!

NICK

I received from both Denae and Morgan at Find Aligned, and their knowledge of human anatomy and body mechanics is second to none. Helped fix my shoulder pain after 1 session and I went away from the session more knowledgeable about my body and ready to tackle the world! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

ALEX

I had bizarre symptoms and went to various doctors, neurologists, massage therapists, and dentists trying to solve and none of it worked --- but after just a few sessions with Morgan at Find Aligned I had a massive reduction in symptoms and am well on my way to being completely symptom free! Morgan did a great job keep our appointments efficient so I never felt like I was being swindled out of money, and she did a great job making sure I felt like I was in the drivers seat the entire time and centering my own unique experience. Cannot recommend Find Aligned enough!

FAQs

Answers to Your Common Massage Therapy Questions

What makes Find Aligned different from a regular massage?

At Find Aligned, your session is not a massage — it’s a strategy.
We assess your body’s default position, physiology build type (muscle vs fascia), structural dominance, nervous system patterns, and how your tissues adapt to stress.

Your session blends hands-on correction, neurology testing, structural alignment, movement strategy, and tissue-specific work.
You don’t just feel better — you understand why and what to do next.

What can I expect in my first session?

Every session includes:

A detailed structural & movement assessment

Muscle–vs–fascial build evaluation

Neurological and tissue tone testing

Hands-on manual therapy

Corrective movement and cueing

A personalized plan for aftercare and next steps

This is not a spa-style experience.
It’s assessment → correction → movement → reassessment in one appointment.

Can I receive a massage if Im pregnant?

Absolutely, we offer prenatal massages tailored for expectant mothers. However, its important to consult with your healthcare provider beforehand to ensure massage is safe for you and your baby at various stages of pregnancy.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your goals, your build type, and how your body adapts.
We typically recommend:

Acute pain: 2–4 sessions

Chronic or structural issues: 4–8 sessions

Performance goals: ongoing corrective + recovery sessions

Maintenance: 1–2x/month

We will give you a clear plan after your first appointment.

Do you accept insurance?

No. We are a private-pay specialty practice offering advanced structural and physiological care that insurance does not cover.
Many clients use HSA/FSA cards successfully.
