"AAFT gives a fresh new perspective on the human body, focusing on how one's pain could be attributed to structure rather than simply a "tight muscle". It utilizes tools across multiple modalities and even works on the nervous system to help achieve these results. It looks at how the body handles physical stress based on 2 distinct body types that massively influences the client's treatment plan. Morgan's knowledge and delivery of the information is in-depth without being confusing, her demonstrations are practical and thorough, and she gives space and has the ability to slow down and simplify the knowledge so you don't fall behind. Your clients will be amazed at your new tools under your belt. Mine have been!"

Rachel

Personal Trainer

I’m a personal trainer and coach and learning Morgan’s aaft method has been eye opening. I’ve done a lot of corrective exercise continuing education throughout the years and this has by far been my favorite. Aaft is a way to treat and program for a clients needs/goals based on how their own body, muscle fibers, and fascia responds to stress. In this course we learned how to identify build types and within those build types how to best design workout programs to fit their specific needs. We also spent time working on anatomy and reviewing short vs lengthened muscles and how to identify pain. I learned new tools to work with groups on mobility and decreasing pain with nerve glides, cupping, and unjamming joints. I highly recommend this course to any personal trainer who loves to learn and be a step above the rest with knowledge on how to look at your clients as a whole to fix their pain and have them seeing results sooner.

This isn’t a typical CE experience. You won’t leave with 50 random techniques.
You’ll leave with a system. This work combines structural alignment, nervous system interpretation based on personality behavior, movement-based assessment, palpation + tissue differentiation

What you’ll learn inside

Find Aligned Education

identify what tissue is driving dysfunction (muscle vs fascia patterns)

spot default positions through specific kinesiology

connect symptoms to structure and build a strategy

apply movement + manual therapy as one integrated plan

Who am I?

I’m Morgan, founder of Find Aligned and creator of Adapted Alignment Facilitation Technique (AAFT).

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science (specializing in eye-tracking), a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Health, and over 40 certifications in neurology, movement, structural alignment, and massage therapy.

I’ve built my career on bridging theory and practice, not by teaching people to copy techniques, but by helping them think critically, assess accurately, and problem-solve with purpose.

I’ve taught the foundations of massage therapy for three years at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and authored over 40 CE classes that blend Eastern, Western, and neurological approaches. My textbook on this material is coming in 2026.

A discovery call helps ensure your time, money, and energy go toward education that actually moves you forward and supports the growth of your business. Our classes are detailed and intentionally designed for therapists who are ready to put in the time to become true experts—not just collect CE hours. You can start with smaller, focused classes to build a strong foundation, then progress toward mentorship as your skills, confidence, and clinical clarity grow. This path is about your success—developing real problem-solving ability, delivering better client outcomes, and building a practice that reflects your level of expertise.

Denae

Personal Trainer, Manual Therapist

This Adaptive Alignment Facilitation Technique course has shaped the way I work with both in-person and online clients, as I now view the body as an integrated unit of networking. As a CPT, you aren't really taught much about the body itself. Yes, you learn SOME muscular imbalances, and how to do an assessment; however, I was still never confident in the answers my clients had about their pain. I was simply guessing and not sure, which didn't help either of us.

Whether you're a CPT, LMT, mental health counselor, or truly- if you work with humans and pain, this course will take you and your clients to the next level of actually solving and fixing pain dysfunctions.
