Become a Divergent Troubleshooter!

8 Months Of Curriculum. A lifetime of mentorship and Critical Thinking.

The Battle Between Muscle, Fascia and the Brain. This is made for you to solve the unsolvable.

You Can’t Solve What You Don’t Understand, Yet...

Most continuing education teaches techniques.

Some teach assessment. Very few teach you how to think. The Physiology Blueprint Mentorship is an 8-month immersive experience designed for massage therapists, movement professionals, personal trainers, coaches, and healthcare practitioners who want to understand the body beyond protocols and textbook answers.

This isn't another certification.

This is a professional operating system for understanding movement, pain, adaptation, recovery, performance, and human behavior.

Why This Matters Across Professions

Most practitioners are taught to memorize muscles.

Others are taught fascia.

Some are taught nervous system concepts.

But clients don't arrive as isolated systems.

They arrive as complete human beings.

A body.

A brain.

A history.

A personality.

A collection of injuries, habits, sports, beliefs, sensory inputs, and movement strategies.

To truly help someone, you need to understand how all of those pieces communicate.

That's exactly what you'll learn here.

Personal Trainer

I’m a personal trainer and coach and learning Morgan’s aaft method has been eye opening. I’ve done a lot of corrective exercise continuing education throughout the years and this has by far been my favorite. Aaft is a way to treat and program for a clients needs/goals based on how their own body, muscle fibers, and fascia responds to stress. In this course we learned how to identify build types and within those build types how to best design workout programs to fit their specific needs. We also spent time working on anatomy and reviewing short vs lengthened muscles and how to identify pain. I learned new tools to work with groups on mobility and decreasing pain with nerve glides, cupping, and unjamming joints. I highly recommend this course to any personal trainer who loves to learn and be a step above the rest with knowledge on how to look at your clients as a whole to fix their pain and have them seeing results sooner.

"AAFT gives a fresh new perspective on the human body, focusing on how one's pain could be attributed to structure rather than simply a "tight muscle". It utilizes tools across multiple modalities and even works on the nervous system to help achieve these results. It looks at how the body handles physical stress based on 2 distinct body types that massively influences the client's treatment plan. Morgan's knowledge and delivery of the information is in-depth without being confusing, her demonstrations are practical and thorough, and she gives space and has the ability to slow down and simplify the knowledge so you don't fall behind. Your clients will be amazed at your new tools under your belt. Mine have been!"

Who am I?

I’m Morgan — founder of Find Aligned and creator of the Adapted Alignment Facilitation Technique (AAFT).

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science (specializing in eye-tracking), a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Health, and over 40 certifications in neurology, movement, structural alignment, and massage therapy.

I’ve built my career on bridging theory and practice — not by teaching people to copy techniques, but by helping them think critically, assess accurately, and problem-solve with purpose.

I’ve taught the foundations of massage therapy for three years at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and authored over 40 CE classes that blend Eastern, Western, and neurological approaches. My textbook on this material is coming in 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions about this Mentorship

I understand this is a lot to take in, maybe these few questions will ease your mind.

When can I sign up?

You can preregister before June 8, 2026, to receive the lowest rate, and official registration starts on Aug 18th, 2026!

How long is the Mentorship?

Over the course of about 8 months, we will have weekly calls of up to 3 hours, excluding holiday weeks.

How can a learn massage and movement with distance learning?

Remember when you were in school—your teacher couldn’t touch or feel the muscle for you, but they could guide you with the right words, visuals, and cues? That’s exactly how I teach. In this mentorship, I use detailed demonstrations, descriptive language, and action-based cues to help you feel and understand each concept from wherever you are. Each module includes high-quality videos, photo breakdowns, and clear, visual-rich instruction designed to bring the material to life—even from a distance.

You will also recieve a small camera that can be placed on your sternum to help during tutoring and case study sessions, so that you can playback exactly what you see, and I can see what you see for the best feedback.

Can I receive CE Credits with NASM, AFAA, and NCBTMB?

YES! Find Aligned is an approved provider with NCBTMB, NASM and AFAA.

What do I need to know before week 1?

This topic is deeply rooted in Kinesiology and Physiology. Please ensure you review muscle names, attachment sites, actions, bones, anatomical landmarks, soft tissue properties, and muscle fiber functions thoroughly.

What if I cannot attend a live call?

No worries—every session is recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to revisit the content anytime.

What will I even be learning?

You'll learn how to identify and understand what you're actually feeling when you give a treatment and visually assess a client: lengthened muscles, shortened muscles, fascial adhesions, trigger points, dysfunction, hypertonic, hypotonic, underworking and over working areas, chronic tension and track actual change in tissue! This entire mentorship is based on soft tissue adaptation, characteristics of soft tissue based on experience, genetics, injury and how to make better treatment plans based on these adaptations. Each module builds on my research into neuro-musculoskeletal system, structural alignment and integrity, fascia, and biomechanics.

What happens after the mentorship is over?

You’ll have continued access to the material and a network of like-minded therapists. You can attend all future classes of the mentorship for free. Plus, graduates get exclusive discounts on future CE courses and events.

What is the refund policy?

If you feel like you are not able to take on the load of new material, completing coursework and applying the methods of AAFT, you can submit a request for 80% refund BEFORE the 4th meeting date

What days and times will the live call be?

We will start orientation Aug 20th. Calls are planned for Thursday Mornings and Saturday Mornings.

Why is it an 8-month program?

This material is advanced. It will take time to teach the foundation, and start to apply it. I want you to feel like you can accomplish it while still living your current life schedule.

Continue Your Education, Enhance Your Career
