This is made for you to solve the unsolvable

Massage therapists, movement coaches, and mental health professionals all hit the same wall:
Clients don’t progress.
Pain keeps returning.
Behaviors and patterns repeat.
You end up guessing.
Why? Because you were taught to manage pieces of the body, not the whole adaptive system.

Years Experience
Massage therapists touch the tissue but often miss the nervous system map driving it.
Movement coaches train strength and mobility but can’t explain why mechanics collapse under load.
Mental health professionals understand behavior and regulation but often lack the structural lens.
Each of us sees a different slice. Alone, it’s incomplete. Together, the science of adaptation connects them all.
Read the Map of Adaptation
Identify default positions that predict posture, pain, and compensation.
Decode Tissue Red Flags
Recognize when muscle or fascia is lengthened, unstable, or over-dominant.
Test the System
Use simple assessments to reveal how the body, mind, and tissue share the same rules.
Intervene with Purpose
Whether through touch, movement, or nervous system inputs, change the system itself, not just the symptom.
Gain trust from clients quickly
Build smarter treatment plans for faster results
Validate Change
Track results with visual, measurable shifts your clients can see and feel.

Personal Trainer

I’m a personal trainer and coach and learning Morgan’s aaft method has been eye opening. I’ve done a lot of corrective exercise continuing education throughout the years and this has by far been my favorite. Aaft is a way to treat and program for a clients needs/goals based on how their own body, muscle fibers, and fascia responds to stress. In this course we learned how to identify build types and within those build types how to best design workout programs to fit their specific needs. We also spent time working on anatomy and reviewing short vs lengthened muscles and how to identify pain. I learned new tools to work with groups on mobility and decreasing pain with nerve glides, cupping, and unjamming joints. I highly recommend this course to any personal trainer who loves to learn and be a step above the rest with knowledge on how to look at your clients as a whole to fix their pain and have them seeing results sooner.

"AAFT gives a fresh new perspective on the human body, focusing on how one's pain could be attributed to structure rather than simply a "tight muscle". It utilizes tools across multiple modalities and even works on the nervous system to help achieve these results. It looks at how the body handles physical stress based on 2 distinct body types that massively influences the client's treatment plan. Morgan's knowledge and delivery of the information is in-depth without being confusing, her demonstrations are practical and thorough, and she gives space and has the ability to slow down and simplify the knowledge so you don't fall behind. Your clients will be amazed at your new tools under your belt. Mine have been!"
I’m Morgan — founder of Find Aligned and creator of the Adapted Alignment Facilitation Technique (AAFT).
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science (specializing in eye-tracking), a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Health, and over 40 certifications in neurology, movement, structural alignment, and massage therapy.
I’ve built my career on bridging theory and practice — not by teaching people to copy techniques, but by helping them think critically, assess accurately, and problem-solve with purpose.
I’ve taught the foundations of massage therapy for three years at the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy and authored over 40 CE classes that blend Eastern, Western, and neurological approaches. My textbook on this material is coming in 2026.

Remember when you were in school—your teacher couldn’t touch or feel the muscle for you, but they could guide you with the right words, visuals, and cues? That’s exactly how I teach. In this mentorship, I use detailed demonstrations, descriptive language, and action-based cues to help you feel and understand each concept from wherever you are. Each module includes high-quality videos, photo breakdowns, and clear, visual-rich instruction designed to bring the material to life—even from a distance.
You will also recieve a small camera that can be placed on your sternum to help during tutoring and case study sessions, so that you can playback exactly what you see, and I can see what you see for the best feedback.
YES! Find Aligned is an approved provider with NCBTMB, NASM and AFAA.
This topic is deeply rooted in Kinesiology and Physiology. Please ensure you review muscle names, attachment sites, actions, bones, anatomical landmarks, soft tissue properties, and muscle fiber functions thoroughly.
No worries—every session is recorded, and you’ll have lifetime access to revisit the content anytime.
You'll learn how to identify and understand what you're actually feeling when you give a treatment and visually assess a client: lengthened muscles, shortened muscles, fascial adhesions, trigger points, dysfunction, hypertonic, hypotonic, underworking and over working areas, chronic tension and track actual change in tissue! This entire mentorship is based on soft tissue adaptation, characteristics of soft tissue based on experience, genetics, injury and how to make better treatment plans based on these adaptations. Each module builds on my research into neuro-musculoskeletal system, structural alignment and integrity, fascia, and biomechanics.
You’ll have continued access to the material and a network of like-minded therapists. Plus, graduates get exclusive discounts on future CE courses and events.
If you feel like you are not able to take on the load of new material, completing coursework and applying the methods of AAFT, you can submit a request for 100% refund BEFORE the 6th meeting date
We will start the calls Sat Sept 6th.. You can vote if you prefer AM/PM in the form and majority wins!
This material is advanced. It will take time to teach the foundation, and start to apply it. I want you to feel like you can accomplish it while still living your current life schedule.
Massage, movement, and mental health may look different in practice but the science of adaptation unites them. This mentorship shows you how to work with muscle, fascia, and brain as one system.
This is not another modality. It’s a framework.
