What should I expect when going to an event/class?

Show up with good vibes and ready to learn! Denae will guide you through the workout and stretch, offering modifications and progressions for all fitness levels.

What should I expect when booking an in-person session?

Expect to review how your body is feeling and go over any pain points before getting started on your 1:1 session.

What should I expect when booking a discovery call for online coaching?

Expect to go over your pain-points, what you've tried in the past, what you're currently doing, and what your goals are. By the end of the call, we will discover if working together is the best fit to get you out of pain.

What is the cancellation policy for events/classes?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations, as we are saving your seat!

What is the cancellation policy for in-person sessions?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations under 24 hours have a fee of the full session price.

How can I get myself out of pain?

If you're looking for in-person bodywork, I suggest booking a session (Arizona only), and if you're out of state or just prefer the online setting, I recommend booking a Discovery call.
